Return Policy: We hope you love your purchase from Cream Entertainment, but if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, eligible merchandise can be returned for a full refund or store credit only within 14 days from the date of purchase to the original method of payment. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All eligible items must be returned pursuant to a return authorization form as a complete set in the original unworn condition and with original packaging and barcodes. Once a return is received and deemed in sale-able condition, we will issue a refund or store credit for the merchandise price.

All Orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays, are processed and shipped within 1 day.
Delivery to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, etc. is available via USPS. The standard method of shipment is USPS, FedEx or UPS. You'll be emailed a tracking number after your package has been shipped.
